Lock out: If you are locked out during our business hours you can come into our office and borrow a key. If a lock out happens after hours you can contact our emergency line which is on your contract to get a key delivered for a $85.00 fee which will be automatically added to your account or you can call a locksmith.

updated every Friday afternoon. If it is not on the list it is not available to rent. We do not post to third party sites and we can not promise they will be accurate.
Property Owners

We market your rental through our local network of local offices and rental-related websites like craigslist. We schedule appointments to show your property , handle all of the paper work, including rental applications,screenings, move in inspection reports, and lease agreements. We conduct a thorough application and screening prior to signing a lease, including credit reports, criminal reports, employment verification, and housing references. We collect rents and enforce the terms of the lease agreement. We schedule all necessary repairs and maintenance; provide estimates from licensed contractors and recommendations as needed. We periodically inspect your property and update you on its condition. We provide complete move in/move out inspection reports with photographs of the property's condition. Work order information
Work orders can be called in or e-mailed in at westernviewpm@gmail.com. Our maintenance people are independently owned businesses that work off of their own schedule. If you do have a maintenance orders please do not hesitate too contact.
